Our Story

Founded in 2018, GlowingSail began as a passion project by marine biologist and diving instructor Sarah Thompson. After years of exploring the world's oceans, she discovered the unparalleled beauty of Sipadan and knew it was the perfect place to share her love of diving with others.

What started as a small operation has grown into Sipadan's premier private diving instruction service, known for our personalized approach and commitment to marine conservation. We believe that every diver should receive individual attention to develop their skills safely and confidently.

Today, our team of certified instructors continues Sarah's vision of creating confident, responsible divers who appreciate and protect our marine environment.
